PAYMENT AGREEMENT: Oscar Cesante |  2529456 ALBERTA INC.  New Horizon Mall Unit 221 H32a 260300 Writing Creek Cres, Balzac AB T4A 0X8 Payment Agreement Terms and Conditions: I acknowledge that I have been advised that my payment (stated below) for purchase of travel tickets may be subject to an additional service fee assessed for cancellation of said travel tickets. I acknowledge that I am subject to the cancellation/change policies per third-party suppliers, hotels, airlines, and all other entities involved in this reservation. I have reviewed the itinerary presented to me. The names and date of births that I have submitted are referenced thereon and are true and correct as in my current travel documents. I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for all applicable visas, permits, vaccinations and any other documents required to travel to the destinations as per the laws, regulations and orders of said countries visited.

I further acknowledge that Liwaliw Travels is not responsible in any way for any changes in flight or other travel plans, acts of God, inclement weather, riots, wars or terrorist acts that may alter your travel plans. In any action at law of inequity to enforce any of the provisions herein or claim by against the parties hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the unsuccessful party all costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the prevailing party. For the purchase of reservation or dummy tickets, we are not liable for any off load of any passenger due to the immigration policy in the Philippines they required.

I hereby authorize Liwaliw Travels or any other vendors, consolidators, tour operators, etc. to charge my credit card account for the amount listed below. I understand that this transaction may be non-refundable and will be subject to additional fees for any changes. By signing below, I acknowledge full receipt of a fully executed duplicate of this document, agree to the charges described, and assume full responsibility for payments thereof. I have reviewed and confirmed that all the information regarding itinerary, flight, hotel, and travel information is correct and true. Liwaliw Travels is not responsible for any dissatisfaction the customer may have, and is not responsible for circumstances out of Liwaliw Travels's control, such as: hotels, rentals, airlines, cruises, etc. Upon purchasing my travel package, I understand that Liwaliw Travels will create a unique account and may send me e-mail, text, and other types of notifications for payment deadlines, trip reminders, and/or promotions.

I acknowledge that I can always unsubscribe and opt out of these communications online or by contacting the Liwaliw Travels. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the airline, change flight numbers, and flight times if they please. Liwaliw Travels is not responsible for changing flight numbers or flight times. Customer is responsible for contacting the airline 24 hours prior to departure to confirm their flight number and flight times. Liwaliw Travels is not responsible for custom seat assignments. Please contact the airline for any custom seat assignment request. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Liwaliw Travels and make all remaining balance payments by the balance due date to ensure the confirmation of their travel plans. If remaining balance payment is not received balance due date indicated below, the reservations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation.
